Engineering – Designed and implemented fiber backbone networks in the Washington, Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware region; integrated systems and processes after company mergers; developed training and procedural material for technical teams; managed cell and mobile office integrations; oversaw equipment and software updates; implemented microwave for permanent installations as well as temporary special events; developed workflow processes for efficient delivery of services. 

Management – Developed management and technical teams for a startup company in the Southern California/Nevada area. Managed the design and construction of a premier Network Operations Control Center; developed and managed technical teams and processes for maintaining cell sites and switching offices. 

Vendor Management – Worked with major equipment providers to develop products and integrate equipment into new and existing networks; evaluated equipment for First Office Application (FOA). 

Nonprofit – Worked with new and established organizations to develop processes and set up audiovisual equipment; collaborated with ministries for youth and adult males.
